Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

We don’t do refunds/returns or exchanges, since pieces are made to order. 

Our refund and returns policy lasts 1 day only in case the product received is defective or damaged. You have to make a return request within 24 hours of receiving the product

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and will be sent to the same account from which the payment was made

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We shall not exchange it for a different design or colour

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
